With a solid and safe design, the Power Tower allows you to perform fundamental exercises for the upper body. Its biomechanics allows you to switch from the configuration of shoulder bench to Inclined bench and vice versa quickly and easily, by rotating the seat/ backrest group that also integrates the adjustment in depth and height. With the Power Tower you can perform shoulder stretches such as slow forward, taking advantage of the front barbell supports, or the slow back, taking advantage of the rear supports, and chest stretches on inclined bench. Overall, it is possible to train with a single station the grand pectoralis (the clavicular bundles), deltoids, triceps, upper trapezium and large dentate. The safety hooks adjustable in height allow you to train safely even with high loads; the bench is also equipped with a rear platform for the spotter.
