It allows you to effectively train the main muscles of the body through free load exercises. Barbell racks and height adjustable safety hooks allow you to perform exercises such as squat, rowing, and military press; while the multiple handles placed at the top allow you to perform the pull-ups with different grips and exercises for the abs such as the leg raise. The Half Rack Base can be equipped with optional as the Fully Adjustable Bench that increase its versatility, by which you can perform all the main thrust exercises for the upper body, the dips bars, and the Power Joint with T-Bar Row Handle. There are also retractable side platforms, which can be used both by a spotter both to grab the handles for traction, and hooks for elastic bands placed both up and down.
