The Three Angles Biceps Machine is aimed at isolating the elbow flexor, biceps brachii and brachialis muscles. The uniqueness of this machine lies in the possibility of adjusting the work surface on three inclinations, which allows the creation of different training setups with the shoulder that can flex up to 90°, gradually limiting the activation of the biceps brachii and placing the brachialis as the main performer of the gesture.
