The Inclined Bench Press trains the upper portion of the grand pectoralis (clavicular bundles), the anterior deltoid and the triceps working synergically in the movement. The independent levers allow working in a mono and bilateral way, while the handles allow a prone or neutral grip. The standard equipment includes adjustable safety limit switches adjustable on 2 heights.
